  • For the Alfredo sauce:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and dicedbell pepper. Saute until softened. Add ground pork, creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika and cook to an internal temperature of 160degrees F.

  3. Stir in chopped spinach until wilted. Pour in spaghetti sauce and season to taste. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  4. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in heavy cream and stir until well combined. Gradually add grated Parmesan, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. Cook the spaghetti noodles to al dente according to package instructions. Drain, and toss in the homemade Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.

  6. In a large baking dish, spread the cooked spaghetti noodles in an even layer. Pour the ground pork and spinach sauce over the spaghetti.

  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top. Add crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and fresh parsley for additional flavor. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow the baked spaghetti to rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra fresh parsley, if desired.
