Stuffed Porterhouse Pork Chops
Try these full of flavor and easy to cook stuffed porterhouse chops.
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Loin Center Cut Chops
- 6 oz Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 1/2 Cup of Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup of Green Apple (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 Cup of Onion (diced)
- 1/2 Cup of Celery (diced)
- 1 1/2 Cup of Vegetable Broth
- 1/4 Cup of Margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Seasoning
- Pork Gravy (optional)
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Loin Center Cut Chops

- 1/2 Cup of Onion (diced)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
With a knife, create a pocket on the side of the pork chops
Season both sides of the pork chops with all purpose seasoning
Set pork chops aside
In a saucepan, melt the margarine over medium
Add apples, celery, onion, dried cranberries, and broth
Bring to boil
Remove from heat and add cornbread stuffing mix
Stir until well incorporated, and let cool
Return to the pork, and insert stuffing mixture into pockets
Place pork in a baking safe dish
Place in oven for 35 minutes, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit with a 3 minute rest. Serve with pork gravy and enjoy
