Stuffed Porterhouse Pork Chops
Try these full of flavor and easy to cook stuffed porterhouse chops.
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Loin Center Cut Chops
- 6 oz Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 1/2 Cup of Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup of Green Apple (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 Cup of Onion (diced)
- 1/2 Cup of Celery (diced)
- 1 1/2 Cup of Vegetable Broth
- 1/4 Cup of Margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Seasoning
- Pork Gravy (optional)
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Loin Center Cut Chops

- 1/2 Cup of Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup of Green Apple (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 Cup of Onion (diced)
- 1/2 Cup of Celery (diced)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
With a knife, create a pocket on the side of the pork chops.
Season both sides of the pork chops with all purpose seasoning.
Set pork chops aside.
In a saucepan, melt the margarine over medium.
Add apples, celery, onion, dried cranberries, and broth.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add cornbread stuffing mix.
Stir until well incorporated, and let cool.
Return to the pork, and insert stuffing mixture into pockets.
Place pork in a baking safe dish.
Place in oven for 35 minutes, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees Fahrenheit with a 3 minute rest. Serve with pork gravy and enjoy.
