Stuffed Center Cut Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 pork loin boneless center cut chops​
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8.5 oz julienne cut sun dried tomatoes with Italian herbs
  • 6 oz fresh baby spinach​
  • 5 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder​
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 12 tbsp seasoned salt​
  • 12 tbsp black pepper
  • 12 tbsp smoked paprika​
  • Tbsp dried parsley
  • Olive oil cooking spray

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8.5 oz julienne cut sun dried tomatoes with Italian herbs
  • 6 oz fresh baby spinach​
  • 5 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder​
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 12 tbsp seasoned salt​
  • 12 tbsp black pepper
  • 12 tbsp smoked paprika​
  • Tbsp dried parsley
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Heat a small pan over medium heat, spray cooking spray, and add spinach. Cook spinach down and set aside Blend seasonings together in a bowl and set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. Set aside.

  4. With a knife, create a small pocket in each pork chop. Season the pork on both sides with the seasoning blend.

  5. Scoop spinach, tomato, and cheese stuffing into pork pockets.

  6. Spray cast iron skillet lightly with olive oil cooking spray.

  7. Add pork chops to a cast iron skillet, and bake for 35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F with a three-minute rest.
