Ingredients

  • 5 Center-Cut Pork Chops
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 can of baby corn (15 oz.)
  • 1 jar of spicy ginger sauce (11 oz.)
  • 4 cups rice
  • 1 tbsp. all purpose seasoning

Ingredients

  • 5 Center-Cut Pork Chops
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 can of baby corn (15 oz.)
  • 1 jar of spicy ginger sauce (11 oz.)
  • 4 cups rice
  • 1 tbsp. all purpose seasoning

Directions

  1. Slice pork chops into thin strips.

  2. Season with all purpose seasoning.

  3. Add to a greased pan on medium heat. Cook until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145–160 degrees F. Once pork is cooked through, remove from heat and allow a 3-minute rest.

  4. Sauté  vegetables, and then add pork and full jar of spicy ginger sauce to the pan.

  5. Once heated through, remove from heat and serve over rice.
