Ingredients
- 5 Center-Cut Pork Chops
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 can of baby corn (15 oz.)
- 1 jar of spicy ginger sauce (11 oz.)
- 4 cups rice
- 1 tbsp. all purpose seasoning
Ingredients
- 5 Center-Cut Pork Chops
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 can of baby corn (15 oz.)
- 1 jar of spicy ginger sauce (11 oz.)
- 4 cups rice
- 1 tbsp. all purpose seasoning
Directions
Slice pork chops into thin strips.
Season with all purpose seasoning.
Add to a greased pan on medium heat. Cook until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145–160 degrees F. Once pork is cooked through, remove from heat and allow a 3-minute rest.
Sauté vegetables, and then add pork and full jar of spicy ginger sauce to the pan.
Once heated through, remove from heat and serve over rice.
