  • 4 tsp. high-heat cooking oil (e.g., grape seed oil)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 box waffle mix of choice

Directions

  1. Pat pork chops dry. Massage oil into pork chops.

  2. Combine all spices and season both sides of the pork chops.

  3. Pour breadcrumbs onto a plate. Dredge each side of the Chops in the breadcrumbs; shake off excess in each step. Place dredged Chops on a separate plate while heating the Air Fryer.

  4. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees. Transfer Chops one at a time to Air Fryer and cook for 5 minutes; turn each Chop once and cook for 4–6 additional minutes until they reach internal temperature of 145–160 degrees. Set aside and allow a 3-minute rest.

  5. Make your waffles according to recipe directions in a waffle Iron using cooking spray.

  6. Serve pork chops over buttered waffles and drizzle with honey. Pair with a side of seasonal fruit.
