Who doesn’t love Korean BBQ?

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 2 tbsp Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Walkerswood Jerk
  • 1 tbsp garlic pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup Korean BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 2 tbsp Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Walkerswood Jerk
  • 1 tbsp garlic pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup Korean BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together Italian breadcrumbs, egg, Walkerswood Jerk, garlic pepper, and onion powder. Add the ground pork. Use your hands and mix the ingredients until combined.

  2. Form the meatballs using a teaspoon: scoop the meat and roll it into 1-inch balls, for roughly 30 meatballs total.

  3. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. I would recommend greasing your hands with cooking oil to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake on 400 degrees F for 40-50 minutes until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

  4. When meatballs are done, let rest for three minutes. Toss them with sauce and serve with white rice and veggies.

  5. 1 cup Korean bbq sauce

  6. Optional: Garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and sliced carrots
