Jerk Pork Loin Center Cut Chops
Tender, juicy and with just the right amount of kick, these jerk pork loin center cut chops will bring a touch of the Caribbean to your table. All that’s missing is the cool breeze off the ocean!
Ingredients
- 5 Pork Loin Center Cut Chops
- 1 ½ tbsp Jerk Seasoning
- 1 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions
Season both sides of the pork chops with jerk seasoning.
Set pork chops aside.
Heat cast iron skillet on medium heat and add olive oil.
Sear pork chops on both sides for about 5 minutes until cooked to an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest.
Remove pork chops from pan and let rest for 3 minutes.
While the pork chops are resting, add peppers and onions to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and plate pork chops with the peppers and onions.
