  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. Pat pork tenderloins dry. Rub with avocado oil, then season evenly on all sides with seasoning blend, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

  2. In a small saucepan, combine honey, maple syrup, bourbon, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes, if using. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until slightly reduced and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.

  3. Place tenderloins on the grill over direct heat. Sear on all sides, 2–3 minutes per side.

  4. Move tenderloins to indirect heat. Brush with glaze every few minutes, close the lid and cook for 12–18 minutes, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145° F. Remove from grill and let rest for 3 minutes.

  5. For a glossy, lightly charred finish, move tenderloins back over direct heat briefly, turning and brushing with glaze once more. Slice into medallions.

  6. Serve with loaded baked potatoes, a side salad and extra glaze, if desired.
