Herb Butter Pork Chops with Sweet Potatoes and Sauteed String Beans

Ingredients
- 5 Center Cut Pork Chops
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tbsp. all purpose seasoning
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary
- 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar, not tightly packed
- 1 tsp. grated or ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 16 oz. (1lb.) fresh string beans, trimmed
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Ingredients

- 1 stick of butter

- 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar, not tightly packed
- 1 tsp. grated or ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 16 oz. (1lb.) fresh string beans, trimmed
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Add ¼ of the stick of butter to a cast iron skillet.
Season Pork Chops with all purpose seasoning.
Sear Pork Chops in a pan on both sides until cooked through (cook to an internal temperature of 145 – 160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest). Remove from the pan.
Add peeled and sliced sweet potatoes to the same pan with the remaining butter. Cook until soft.
Add sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Remove pan from heat.
In a separate pan, add olive oil, string beans, and garlic.
Season the string beans with salt and pepper. Saute until al dente.
Serve the Pork Chops garnished with the fresh rosemary alongside string beans and sweet potatoes.
