  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • Blue cheese (optional)
  • Ranch dressing (optional)
  • Fresh veggies (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut pork chops into equally sized cubes and place in a large bowl. Coat pieces evenly with olive oil.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning and black pepper.

  3. Sprinkle spice mixture onto the chops and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Arrange the chops in the air fryer basket and cook on 390 degrees F for 6 minutes. Open the air fryer and turn each piece. Cook for an additional 3–4 minutes to an internal temperature of 145–160 degrees F. Remove from heat and allow a 3-minute rest. Set aside.

  5. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the garlic and saute for about 25 seconds until soft and fragrant.

  6. Whisk in the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will separate while cooking.

  7. Remove from heat and continue whisk completely together. Add pork chops and coat generously with the sauce.

  8. Serve immediately. Serving ideas include blue cheese, Ranch dressing, and fresh veggies like carrots, celery sticks, and cherry tomatoes.
