  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Prepare the homemade bang bang sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar. Set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the pork chops with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and seasoning salt (such as Lawry’s). Mix well to ensure the pork chops are evenly coated. If you want extra crispiness, you can toss the pork chops in breadcrumbs.

  4. In another bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil and Lawry’s Seasoned Salt.

  5. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through the cooking time, or until the pork chops are cooked through to an internal temperature of 145–160 degrees F and have a crispy exterior. Allow a 3-minute rest.

  6. Air fry the broccoli for about 5 minutes before the pork chops are done, and add the seasoned broccoli to the fryer basket. Cook for the remaining time until the broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly charred.

  7. Assemble and serve: Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the crispy pork chops. Toss to coat evenly. Serve the chops and broccoli together.
