Ingredients

  • Ribs: ​
  • 1 rack pork spare rib, trimmed
  • 1 tbs yellow mustard​
  • 1 ½ tbs BBQ Seasoning​
  • 5 tbs butter ​
  • 2 tbs brown sugar​
  • Sweet Chili Crisp Sauce: ​
  • 1 cup orange marmalade ​
  • 3 tbs chili crisp ​
  • 3 tbs soy sauce​
  • 2 tbs rice vinegar ​
  • 1 tsp sesame oil​
  • 1 tsp ginger paste​
  • Juice of a lime ​

Ingredients

  • Ribs: ​
  • 1 rack pork spare rib, trimmed
  • 1 tbs yellow mustard​
  • 1 ½ tbs BBQ Seasoning​
  • 5 tbs butter ​
  • 2 tbs brown sugar​
  • Sweet Chili Crisp Sauce: ​
  • 1 cup orange marmalade ​
  • 3 tbs chili crisp ​
  • 3 tbs soy sauce​
  • 2 tbs rice vinegar ​
  • 1 tsp sesame oil​
  • 1 tsp ginger paste​
  • Juice of a lime ​

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to 250-300 degrees F. ​

  2. Coat the pork spare-ribs with yellow mustard and season both sides with BBQ Seasoning. ​

  3. Place the rib over indirect heat on the grill face up. After 1 ½ hours, turn over, and cook another hour.​

  4. Remove the ribs from the grill and wrap in foil with butter and brown sugar. ​

  5. Place back on the grill over indirect heat for another hour until the internal temperature reaches 145-200 degrees F with a 3-minute rest. ​

  6. Add all chili crisp sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Coat the ribs in the sauce and grill for another 10 minutes for the sauce to stick. ​

  7. Remove and enjoy!​
