Sweet Chili Crisp Grilled Ribs

Ingredients
- Ribs:
- 1 rack pork spare rib, trimmed
- 1 tbs yellow mustard
- 1 ½ tbs BBQ Seasoning
- 5 tbs butter
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- Sweet Chili Crisp Sauce:
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tbs chili crisp
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- Juice of a lime
Ingredients
- Ribs:

- 1 tbs yellow mustard

- 5 tbs butter
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- Sweet Chili Crisp Sauce:
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tbs chili crisp
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- Juice of a lime
Directions
Preheat your grill to 250-300 degrees F.
Coat the pork spare-ribs with yellow mustard and season both sides with BBQ Seasoning.
Place the rib over indirect heat on the grill face up. After 1 ½ hours, turn over, and cook another hour.
Remove the ribs from the grill and wrap in foil with butter and brown sugar.
Place back on the grill over indirect heat for another hour until the internal temperature reaches 145-200 degrees F with a 3-minute rest.
Add all chili crisp sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Coat the ribs in the sauce and grill for another 10 minutes for the sauce to stick.
Remove and enjoy!
