- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 handful snow peas
Directions
Slice pork chops thin (¼-inch). Toss with seasonings and cornstarch. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and chili crisp.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork in a single layer; sear until browned and nearly cooked through (about 4–5 minutes total) until reaching an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest.
In the same pan, add a touch more oil if needed. Stir-fry onion, bell pepper, and carrot for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and green beans; cook another 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
Return pork to the pan. Pour in the glaze and toss to coat everything evenly. Simmer 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the meat.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds or crushed pecans. Serve over white rice, garlic mashed potatoes, or your favorite noodles.
