Peach Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops
Peach Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops is a mouthful of flavor that’s waiting on you. Crispy, juicy pork chops have met their match in brown sugar sweet peaches with a twang of Bourbon. This sticky, savory dish will have you coming back for seconds and thirds.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced (or canned, drained)
- ¼ cup bourbon (or apple juice if no alcohol)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
Ingredients

Directions
Pat chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in skillet. Sear chops 4–5 min per side until golden brown. Cook pork chops to an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest.
In same pan, add peaches, bourbon, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Simmer 5–7 min until thick and syrupy. Stir in butter.
Spoon glaze over pork chops and serve with roasted potatoes or rice.
