Creamy Garlic Pork Chops
This garlic cream sauce is the perfect addition to lean pork chops!
Ingredients
- 6-8 boneless pork chops
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Brussel sprouts
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
Ingredients
- 6-8 boneless pork chops

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Brussel sprouts
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
Mix spices and season pork chops evenly on each side.
Turn on pressure cooker to sauté mode. Add in oil and sear pork chops on each side for 2 minutes.
Remove pork chops, then add butter and sauté onions until soft.
Turn off pressure cooker, then add chicken broth and pork chops back into the pressure cooker.
Place the lid on top of the pressure cooker and seal.
Pressurize on high for 10 minutes and let it naturally release for at least 5 minutes.
Quick release the remaining pressure and remove lid and remove chops.
Prepare cream sauce by adding in heavy cream and cornstarch.
Place pork chops back in the pressure cooker and let simmer until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees F. Allow a 3 minute rest.
Combine Brussel sprouts, Olive oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder in a bowl
Roast Brussel sprouts in air fryer on 390 for 10-12 minutes
Serve warm.
