Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine salt, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  2. Brush the pork chops with a light coating of olive oil and then rub your spice mix into them on both sides.

  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.

  4. Working in batches place your pork chops in the air fryer basket. Do not stack the pork chops, place them side-by-side.

  5. Set the timer to 9 minutes and cook the pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest. Cook second batch if needed.

  6. While the pork chops cook, heat a small skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

  7. Add the honey, chicken broth, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Continue to cook until the sauce has reduced slightly and thickened, about 3–5 minutes.

  8. Once all pork chops have cooked, place them in the skillet with the honey garlic sauce and turn to coat evenly, then transfer them to a serving plate. Drizzle with additional honey glaze. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with your favorite sides.
