Ingredients

  • 4 center cut or boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt (e.g., Lawry's)
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.

  3. Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 1215 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 145160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest.

  4. While the pork chops are cooking, in a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is well combined and heated through. Adjust the heat level to your preference.

  5. Brush the hot honey glaze over the cooked pork chops during the last few minutes of air frying. Reserve some glaze for serving.

  6. Once the pork chops are cooked through and glazed, transfer them to a serving plate. Drizzle with additional hot honey glaze. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve with garlic green beans and cornbread, or your favorite sides.
