Ingredients

  • ½ - 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. milk or water
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Chives, salt, and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Melt the butter, then add in diced ham, stirring occasionally.

  2. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add in water, ranch dressing, salt and pepper. Whisk until combined.

  3. Pour eggs into frying pan with ham. Using a rubber spatula, mix gently. Allow to cook, turning eggs occasionally until whites and yolks are completely firm and the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Once eggs are nearly cooked, add in half the cheese. Stir to combine. Remove from heat once completely cooked. Serve topped with remaining cheese and chives.
