  • Pork Chops:​
  • 6 pork New York chops ​
  • 3 tbs melted butter​
  • 3 tbs olive oil​
  • 6 tsp salt​
  • Blackening Seasoning: ​
  • 3 tbs paprika ​
  • 6 tsp granulated garlic​
  • 6 tsp granulated onion ​
  • 3 tsp dried thyme ​
  • 3 tsp dried oregano ​
  • 3 tsp black pepper​
  • 3 tsp white pepper​
  • 3 tsp cayenne pepper ​

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill with charcoal. ​

  2. Combine melted butter and olive oil. Brush both sides of the pork chops with this mixture.​

  3. Season both sides of the chops with salt. ​

  4. Mix all blackening seasoning ingredients together. Stir until well combined. Season the chops generously with the mixture. Add the rest to an airtight container and store in a cool place. ​

  5. Place the pork chop on the grill over the charcoal and cook for about 8-10 minutes flipping occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 145-160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest. ​

  6. Plate and enjoy! ​
