Blackened Cajun New York Pork Chops

Ingredients
- Pork Chops:
- 6 pork New York chops
- 3 tbs melted butter
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 6 tsp salt
- Blackening Seasoning:
- 3 tbs paprika
- 6 tsp granulated garlic
- 6 tsp granulated onion
- 3 tsp dried thyme
- 3 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp white pepper
- 3 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions
Preheat your grill with charcoal.
Combine melted butter and olive oil. Brush both sides of the pork chops with this mixture.
Season both sides of the chops with salt.
Mix all blackening seasoning ingredients together. Stir until well combined. Season the chops generously with the mixture. Add the rest to an airtight container and store in a cool place.
Place the pork chop on the grill over the charcoal and cook for about 8-10 minutes flipping occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 145-160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest.
