Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. creole seasoning
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Sour cream
- Pico de Gallo
- Sharp cheddar, shredded
Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Sour cream
- Pico de Gallo
- Sharp cheddar, shredded
Directions
Season pork tenderloin with creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika. Place in slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, hot sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and taco seasoning packet. Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloin in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6–8 hours until the pork is tender and easily shreds. Cook to an internal temperature of 145–160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest.
Using two forks, shred the cooked pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
Warm the tortillas according to package instructions. Fill each tortilla with some shredded pork.
Top the pork with sour cream, Pico de Gallo, shredded sharp cheddar, and chopped cilantro, and serve.
