Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin & Brown Sugar Green Beans
This Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin is made with brown sugar, spice, and everything nice for a dinner that’s both savory and sweet with all the soulful flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp fresh thyme

- 1-pound fresh green beans
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1-pound fresh green beans
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Combine brown sugar, kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, fresh thyme. Pat dry then season pork tenderloin on both sides with seasoning blend.
Pop the seasoned pork tenderloin into the air fryer basket.
Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flip and cook another 10-12 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 145-160°F. Allow a 3-minutes rest before slicing.
Serve and enjoy with green beans.
Instructions for Brown Sugar Green Beans
Trim the ends of the green beans.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the green beans and chopped onions to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over the green beans and stir until the sugar melts and coats the beans.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, or until the green beans are tender-crisp and caramelized.
