Pulled Sirloin Roast Sandwiches
Nothing says barbecue like the sweet and savory taste of these tender, slow-cooked pork sirloin roast sandwiches. Pull up with your friends and favorite beverage, and prepare to catch the BBQ vibes!

- Boneless pork sirloin roast
- 1 ½ cup of sauerkraut
- 18 oz barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp all purpose seasoning
- Coleslaw
- Hawaiian roll burger buns

Directions
Season the whole roast with all-purpose seasoning, sauerkraut, and barbecue sauce.
Place in crockpot and set on high for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, check that the internal temperature is 145-160 degrees F, then let rest for 3 minutes. Shred pork with a fork.
Spoon pork onto burger bun and top with coleslaw.
